The Actions Required link is the first entry in the “Quick Links” section of the left Business Portal sidebar. It provides a quick reference to all purchases in your account that have a pending payment for you to accept. Since funds for the purchases appearing here have been authorized for your use, you should always process them as quickly as possible — authorizations will expire if not captured promptly.
This link will be annotated with an icon showing the number of purchases in your account with payment ready for you to accept. You may need to refresh your Business Portal to see the correct current number of such purchases.
Click on the link to navigate to the Actions Required table, which is a version of your Purchases table that only shows purchases with payments ready to be accepted. Thus, every entry here will be accompanied by the green “Accept” button. If you know for sure you want to accept funds for one or more given purchases simply click the button for the pertinent entry.
If you want to review the details of the purchase first, click on the purchase entry itself to navigate to that purchase’s dashboard page. When you’re ready to accept payment, simply click the green “Accept” button near the top of the purchase’s dashboard.
