You can export your account’s purchase or customer data in Comma Separated Values (.csv) format from within your Business Portal. You may also pull the data programmatically using our API.
For purchase data, navigate to the Purchases table. You can export the table by clicking the Export button in the upper right of the screen.
For customer data, navigate to the Members table and click the Export button in the upper right of that screen. Click the button once to send the export to the email address associated with your account. Clicking multiple times will slow down the export and trigger multiple exports of the same data.
If you only want to download certain subsets of your purchase data you can customize your export by clicking the Filters button in the upper left of either table, then selecting from the options shown.
You can also choose which columns to show or hide in the table by clicking the Show / hide columns button in the right of either table, just below the Export button. When you export the table after filtering and/or changing the visible columns, the data in the resulting file will be limited to the records that match those selections.
