You will receive this email when a group has submitted payment to you. Funds are being held for this purchase and are ready for you to accept. To do so, click the blue “View group to accept” button to navigate to that purchase’s dashboard in your business portal.
You have three options for dealing with payment submission:
- Verify the inventory is available and accept the payment (you can read about accepting payments in this article)
- Edit the purchase if the inventory is not available and you want to offer an alternative
- Cancel the entire group if you absolutely cannot offer something to them (this action cannot be undone)
In the majority of cases you will simply accept the payment. Whatever action you take, we will notify the pertinent customers via email.
