The final step of the new business account onboarding flow is to add your branding details and legal terms & conditions. Technically, you can leave these fields blank and still submit the form successfully, creating your account without some or any of these details.
If you do that, we strongly recommend you complete your branding settings and add your legal agreements before your first group is created, otherwise every purchase will lack these key details until you do.
First, add your logo. Ideally this is a PNG file with a transparent background, 320px by 120px max dimensions, and relatively dark in color to contrast against light backgrounds. Do NOT upload a white logo as it will be illegible.
Next, add a generic product photo, which is an image that positively represents your product or company. This should be 585px by 446px in size, though any dimensions at a 1.3:1 ratio are acceptable. This image will only be shown if you don’t use specific individual product photos with your groups. We recommend you add a generic photo here even if you do plan to use specific product photos, as it will serve as a backup in case there’s an issue with the purchase-specific images you pass to us. If you don’t upload a generic photo our global default image will be shown instead.
Now, add a Term or Agreement, or any other legal document you wish your customers to see and consent to when they sign up for your purchases. You can only add one document at this step, but more can be added after you create your group in your Terms & agreements page. The first field, Title, is pre-populated with “Terms of Service” but can be changed to something more suited your needs, “Cancellation Policy” for example. The second field, Content, should receive either the full plain text of the legal document you wish to upload or a URL (beginning with 'https://') that links to the full copy of the document on a site you control.
Finally, click the Complete setup button to finalize the creation of your business account. Again, you can submit the form by clicking this button with all of the fields blank and update your account later from your business portal in the Branding & Purchase Settings and Terms & agreements pages.
